Classes
All classes must be paid in full at least 15 days prior to any class.
If you need to cancel a class, you must give us at least 10 Days’ notice prior to the class. If any class items have been picked up or shipped out, there is no cancellation. This policy allows us to keep our class costs low. Cancelled Class fees can be applied to a future class only.

Shipping & Delivery
International Shipping: At this time, we do not have International Shipping available.
Returns & Replacements
We want all of our customers to be satisfied. We have a 14-day return policy. Every effort is made to ensure you receive top quality premium goods. If you should receive a product that is defective, we will exchange the item or refund your money, at the discretion of Runs With Scissors Quilt Shop. Refunds / Exchanges will be issued once items are returned to us. Refunds will not be given for shipping and handling charges. Sale items may not be returned. Certain items may be ineligible for returns such as custom-made products, custom assembled kits or anything that cannot be re-sold due to the nature of the item. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. All returns must be in their original condition and packaging. They must not be damaged physically, have a smoke odor or animal hair. Program registration fees are non-refundable.
